With the explosion in popularity of Padel this company have found a highly lucrative niche.

In essence they help to find you Padel players to play against! If you are addicted to Padel download the app - you will not be disappointed.

They also help existing clubs with their booking systems and have signed contracts with the biggest clubs across the Nordics and Europe.

They have over 200,000 registered users taking 200 bookings per day and are now in Scale-up stage.

Where do you come in?

They need a Lead Python Developer to build a team around in Stockholm.

They are looking for someone who can design scalable and secure solutions for their app and booking platform.

Their main feature is finding nearby players or clubs. Your skills with geospatial queries using MongoDB are imperative for this role.

Your background in Python will be well suited for this position and must have experience coding in the full development life cycle.

This is a hybrid role office based a couple of days a week, hybrid flexible.

Tech:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python.
* Deep expertise in Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI).
* Proficient in designing and managing scalable architectures with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
* Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Google Cloud.
* Advanced knowledge of containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
